"N. For the purposes of this section, "independent medical examination" means a professional analysis of medical status that is based on a person's past and present physical, medical and psychiatric history and conducted by a licensee or group of licensees on a contract basis for a court or for a workers' compensation carrier, self‑insured employer or claims processing representative if the examination was conducted pursuant to section 23‑1026."
