FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Specifies that ADOR may obtain a state and federal criminal records check for an applicant for hiring any employee, contractor or temporary employee.
2. Allows ADOR to obtain a consumer report for an applicant for employment for the purpose of hiring personnel whose job duties include the distribution of tax monies.
3. Specifies that consumer report information obtained shall not be the sole reason for disqualification of an applicant.
