Line 5, before the first "A" insert "A."; after "policy" strike remainder of line

Line 6, strike "from clergy" insert "must facilitate the ability of clergy to visit patients"

Line 7, strike "allow" insert "facilitate"

Line 8, after the period insert "Clergy must comply with reasonable health and safety precautions imposed by hospitals in connection with clergy visitation.

B.  For the purposes of this section, "clergy visitation" or "visit" includes a virtual visit using communication technology."
