Page 2, strike lines 30 through 37, insert:

"(a)  For each unit, the total number of responses that meet the NFPA 1710 response time standard and the average total response time for all responses that exceed the NFPA 1710 response time standard in each month of the previous year.

"Sec. 2.  Title 48, chapter 5, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 48-808, to read:

START_STATUTE48-808.  Emergency services summary; website; exemption; expiration; definition

A.  Each fire district shall post monthly on its website an emergency services summary within sixty days after the end of the preceding month.

B.  The emergency services summary described in subsection A of this section shall include the following information relating to the total response times as defined in NFPA 1710 section 3.3.53.6 of any station in the fire district:

1.  For each station, the total number of responses that meet the NFPA 1710 response time standard and the average total response time for all responses that exceed the NFPA 1710 response time standard in each month of the previous year.

2.  For each station, the total number of responses that meet the NFPA 1710 response time standard and the average total response time for all responses that exceed the NFPA 1710 response time standard in the previous year.

3.  For each station, the total number of responses that meet the NFPA 1710 response time standard and the average total response time for all responses that exceed the NFPA 1710 response time standard in each month of the current year.

4.  For each station, the total number of responses that meet the NFPA 1710 response time standard and the average total response time for all responses that exceed the NFPA 1710 response time standard in the current year to date.

C.  A fire district with a population of less than ten thousand persons is exempt from the requirements of this section.  This Exemption expires on December 31, 2020.

D.  For the purposes of this section, "NFPA 1710" means the national fire protection association standard for the organization and deployment of fire suppression operations, emergency medical operations, and special operations to the public by career fire departments.END_STATUTE"
