Page 2, between lines 18 and 19, insert:
"E. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, for school districts, individual schools operated by school districts, multiple schools operated by school districts, charter holders, individual charter schools operated by charter holders and multiple charter schools operated by charter holders that were not approved to provide two hundred days of instruction before the effective date of this amendment to this section, the department of education shall approve base level increases pursuant to this section in the order in which the requests for approval were submitted until the total amount of statewide base level increases equals one million dollars and may not thereafter approve any new additional base level increases. School districts and charter holders that were approved by the department of education to provide two hundred days of instruction before the effective date of this amendment to this section may not be included in the calculation of the one million dollar limitation prescribed in this subsection."
