FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.   Removes an electronic message of a harassing nature from the proposed prohibition against the electronic distribution of another person's personal identifying information with the intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass.

2.   Removes the definition of of a harassing nature as a conforming change.
