Page 1, line 10, strike "order"; strike lines 11 and 12; line 13, strike "the order of protection" insert "injunction against HARASSMENT issued pursuant to section 12‑1809 and the injunction against harassment"

Line 17, after "landlord" strike remainder of line; strike lines 18 and 19, insert "before vacating the dwelling."

Line 20, strike "d." insert "C."

Between lines 21 and 22, insert:

"D.  For the purposes of this section, "law enforcement officer" has the same meaning prescribed in section 38‑1101."
