FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.    Limits the tax liability threshold for the June payment to $4.1 million in 2023 and each year thereafter, rather than the threshold increasing to $5.6 million in 2024 and $7.5 million in 2025 and thereafter.
