Page 2, line 13, after "DISCLOSED" insert "by a medical examiner, alternate medical examiner or their employees or agents"

Line 24, after "PARENT" insert ", legal guardian"

Line 25, after "DECEDENT" strike remainder of line; strike lines 26 and 27, insert "or their legal representative or designated agent."

Between lines 34 and 35, insert:

"c.  nothing in this section shall affect the conduct of trials or the discovery process as provided by law or court rule."
