Page 1, line 20, strike "Continuously licensed"; strike "includes"

Line 21, strike "an expired license" insert "for the purposes of this paragraph, a license that expires"; after "E" insert "is not considered to have terminated"

After line 45, insert:

"Sec. 2.  Retroactivity

Section 20-2901, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, applies retroactively to from and after September 12, 2013."
