Page 2, strike lines 15 and 16, insert "not exceed the requirements of the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services for radiation oncology services as the requirements apply to the following:

(a) General or direct physician supervision.

(b) Technician staffing requirements.

(c) Training or experience requirements."
