Bill Title: Relating to Madison County; to repeal Act 466 of the 1939 Regular Session and Act 435 of the 1978 Regular Session relating to the County Board of Barber Examiners; to abolish the County Board of Barber Examiners; and to provide that the practice of barbering in Madison County be regulated by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering.
