Bill Title: Relating to motor vehicle driver licenses and registrations; to amend Section 40-12-244, Code of Alabama 1975, to further provide for an exemption from the license tax and registration fee levied on motor vehicles, to include all active duty, retired, and honorably discharged members of the United States Armed Forces; and to provide an exemption from any drivers license or nondriver identification card fees to certain individuals.
