Bill Title: Relating to the Alabama Sunset Law; to continue the existence and functioning of the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy until October 1, 2024, with certain modifications: To amend Sections 34-43-6, 34-43-9, 34-43-11, 34-43-14, 34-43-15, 34-43-20, and 34-43-21, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended by Act 2022-408, 2022 Regular Session; to require representation on the board from each Congressional District; to require meetings to be recorded, upon request; to require the publication of proposed rules and related proceedings on the board website; and to cap certain fees charged by the board.
