Bill Title: To amend Section 2 of Act 634 of the 1951 Regular Session (Acts 1951, p. 1089), as amended by Act 630 of the 1967 Regular Session (Acts 1967, p. 1435), relating to zoning regulations of the county commission in the unincorporated area of the county in all counties having a population of 400,000 or more according to the 1940 or any succeeding Federal census; and to further provide the remedies and penalties for violations.
