Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 23-122.2 as follows:

§23-122.2. Disposition of Stadium Woods property prohibited.

Notwithstanding the provisions of §23-122, any management agreement or memorandum of understanding that the University signs pursuant to Chapter 4.10 (§23-38.88 et seq.), or any other provision of law to the contrary, the board of visitors shall not transfer, build on, or otherwise dispose of the property known as Stadium Woods that includes 11.3 acres of old growth white oak forest owned and possessed by the University and that is adjacent to the east side of Lane Stadium.
