CHAPTER 600 An Act to repeal Article 6 of Chapter 3 of Title 33.1 (§§ 33.1-296 through 33.1-317) and Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 33.1 (§ 33.1-318) of the Code of Virginia, relating to state and municipal turnpike projects. [S 896] Approved March 25, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Article 6 of Chapter 3 of Title 33.1 (§§ 33.1-296 through 33.1-317) and Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 33.1 (§ 33.1-318) of the Code of Virginia are repealed.
