Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Secretary of the Commonwealth shall establish digital document authentication standards for use with all public records of the Commonwealth. Such standards shall be completed and implemented by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on or before July 1, 2017.
