A BILL to direct the Department of Education to obtain a
learning management system for use in public schools.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1.That the Department of Education shall take all necessary steps to obtain a learning management system for use in public schools. The learning management system shall be made available to local school divisions by the 2022–2023 school year.
