CHAPTER 319 An Act to amend and reenact §2 of Chapter 161 of the Acts of Assembly of 1906, which provided a charter for the Town of Troutdale in Grayson County, relating to council terms. [S 332] Approved March 21, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That §2 of Chapter 161 of the Acts of Assembly of 1906 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§2. The government of said town shall be vested in a mayor, a sergeant, a recorder and six councilmen, and such other officers as may be provided for by the mayor and councilmen. Members of council shall serve for terms of four years.
