Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Route 670 Green Springs Road cantilever through truss bridge replacing the Avens Bridge in Washington County is hereby designated the "Senator George M. Warren Memorial Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
