Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That Central State Hospital shall designate additional beds as forensic and psychiatric beds. Such beds shall be prioritized for use by patients from the Central Virginia Region and the availability of such beds shall be included in reporting to the acute psychiatric bed registry established in § 37.2-308.1 of the Code of Virginia.
