Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no tax shall be imposed pursuant to Chapter 22.1 (§ 58.1-2291 et seq.) of Title 58.1 of the Code of Virginia for the period beginning on and after July 1, 2022, but before July 1, 2023.
