numbered 33.2-317.1, relating to time limitations for highway construction and
maintenance.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 33.2-317.1 as follows:
§33.2-317.1. Time limitations for construction and maintenance.
No construction or maintenance that blocks any portion of lane of travel shall be conducted on any primary or interstate highway between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
