Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Department of Housing and Community Development shall adjust the criteria for eligibility for a Virginia Telecommunications Initiative grant to reflect the provisions established by the United States Treasury's Final Rule regarding the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
