A BILL to require the Governor to develop a plan eliminating the use of motor fuels supplied by a foreign country in all state-owned or leased vehicles.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Governor shall develop a plan to eliminate the use of motor fuels supplied by a foreign country in all state-owned or leased vehicles.

§ 2. The Governor, by executive order, shall implement the plan on January 1, 2012.

§ 3. The plan may include criteria for determining when a particular vehicle qualifies for an exemption from the plan.

§ 4. Any exemption from the plan shall include a description of the vehicle so exempted and state the reasons for the exemption.
