Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Board of Education's Regulations Governing the Use of Seclusion and Restraint in Public Elementary and Secondary Schools in Virginia (8VAC20-750) shall apply to school security officers and school resource officers, and the Board of Education shall make such amendments to such regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act.
