HOUSE BILL NO. 193 Offered January 11, 2012 Prefiled January 9, 2012 A BILL to authorize the Department of General Services to convey certain real property to the County of Accomack. ---------- Patron-- Lewis ---------- Referred to Committee on General Laws ----------

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  §1. That the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and in a form approved by the Attorney General, is hereby authorized to convey to the County of Accomack for the nominal consideration of $1, a parcel of land with improvements located in the Town of Accomac consisting of approximately 0.83 acres (Tax Map # 86A1-A-11), previously used by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
