CHAPTER 697 An Act to require the Board of Education to develop a model waiver form for use by any entity providing a career and technical occupational experience. [H 1858] Approved March 22, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Board of Education shall develop, prior to July 1, 2014, a model waiver form for use by any entity providing a career and technical occupational experience for public secondary school students.
