A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 15.2-1200.1, relating to provision of county services within towns.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 15.2-1200.1 as follows:
§ 15.2-1200.1. Provision of county services within towns.
Counties shall provide their standard county services to towns located within county boundaries at the same level such services are provided in the unincorporated areas of the county. The county shall not require a memorandum of agreement with the town in order to provide such services.
