CHAPTER 251 An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 594 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017, relating to transacting business under an assumed name; central filing of assumed or fictitious name certificates; effective date. [H 170] Approved March 9, 2018

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 594 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on May 1, 2019 January 1, 2020.
