A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 29.1-103.01, relating to limitations on hunting and fishing by conservation police officers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-103.01 as follows:

§29.1-103.01. Limitations on hunting and fishing by conservation police officers; Board to adopt regulations.

The Board shall adopt regulations that establish policies that prohibit any conservation police officer from hunting on any lands or fishing in any waters that are located within the area he is assigned to patrol.
