Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-803.2 as follows:

§2.2-803.2. Processing payroll of state employees.

The Comptroller shall process the payroll of state employees so that they are paid on a weekly basis.
