HOUSE BILL NO. 1421 Offered January 15, 2018 A BILL to prevent the closure of the Central Virginia Training Center. ---------- Patron-- Garrett ---------- Committee Referral Pending ----------

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That, notwithstanding any plan for the closure of training centers developed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, the Central Virginia Training Center shall not be subject to closure and shall remain open.
