JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 409, report as follows:

We recommend that the House Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (22107412D) be accepted with the following amendments to resolve the matter under disagreement:

    1. Line 54, House Substitute, after registration

      strike

        the remainder of line 54 and through application on line 55

    2. After line 125, House Substitute

      insert

        3. That the provisions of this act shall not become effective unless reenacted by the 2023 Session of the General Assembly.
