JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 271, report as follows:

We recommend that the House Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (22107041D) be accepted with the following amendment to resolve the matter under disagreement:

1. After line 71, substitute

2. That the provisions of this act shall apply to life insurance, disability insurance, or long-term care insurance plans that are entered into, amended, extended, or renewed on or after January 1, 2023.
