SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 81
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Dr. Mark Reynolds, who is retiring from the practice of
  dentistry after 34 fulfilling years in the field; and
         WHEREAS, Dr. Reynolds grew up in Vernon, Texas, and
  graduated from Vernon High School in 1971; after completing the
  dentistry program at The University of Texas Dental School in
  Houston, he returned to his hometown to open a family dental
  practice in 1979; and
         WHEREAS,
 
 
 
 
         WHEREAS, While maintaining his successful practice, he
  remained an active leader in his community; in addition to many
  other civic contributions, he has served as a regent at Vernon
  College, as an active member and president of the Vernon Rotary
  Club, and, most recently, as a member of the Vernon Chamber of
  Commerce Tourism Committee; he also served as the radio announcer
  for the Vernon Lions football team for 22 years; and
         WHEREAS,
 
 
 
 
         RESOLVED,
 
 
 
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  him as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
