| WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to | ||
| recognize Joshua Lee McCain of Lake Jackson as a member of the | ||
| Brazosport Area Homeschool Graduating Class of 2015; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Joshua has demonstrated exceptional diligence and | ||
| determination in accomplishing the goals he set for himself, and | ||
| he has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation; and | ||
| WHEREAS, He has also participated in extracurricular | ||
| activities; he is active in Tae Kwon Do and serves as a volunteer | ||
| at the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science; he hopes to serve | ||
| his country in the military; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of a home school | ||
| education, Joshua now embarks on a new adventure for which he is | ||
| well prepared; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Joshua's achievements bear witness to his dedication | ||
| and outstanding abilities, and the future holds countless exciting | ||
| opportunities for him; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Joshua Lee McCain on his graduation | ||
| and extend to him best wishes for success in the future; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. | ||
