SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 660
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize the members of the Burleson Young Executives Alliance
on the occasion of their visit to the Capitol; and
WHEREAS, The Burleson Young Executives Alliance is a program
of the Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce that was created to
provide a forum for participants from diverse backgrounds to gain
an expanded knowledge of the community, to build relationships
with other professionals, to engage with political, civic, and
business leaders, and to create opportunities for leadership and
volunteerism within the community; and
WHEREAS, This year's participants include Elijah Bruette,
Casey Davis, Kendall Frazier, Austin Justice, Ellen Larimore,
Jeff Montgomery, Steve Logan, Jason Reynolds, Ryan Richardson,
Adam Russell, and Jared Treesh; these emerging community leaders
are visiting the Capitol to gain insight into the workings of
state government so that they might better serve the citizens and
businesses of Burleson; and
WHEREAS, The Burleson Young Executives Alliance is playing
a vital role in making tomorrow's Burleson an even better place
in which to live, work, and raise a family, and it is truly deserving
of special recognition; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
Legislature, hereby commend the members of the Burleson Young
Executives Alliance on their commitment to community service and
extend to them best wishes for a productive and memorable visit
to the Capitol; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
the alliance as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
