| Nathan Charles Fritsch | ||
| WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and | ||
| commemorates the life of Nathan Charles Fritsch, who died | ||
| January 3, 2015, at the age of 43; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Nathan Fritsch was born on February 20, 1971; he | ||
| enriched the lives of those who knew him, and he was noted for his | ||
| bighearted spirit and his dedication to helping those in need; and | ||
| WHEREAS, He graduated from Pasadena High School and | ||
| attended Texas A&M University, and he served with distinction for | ||
| two years in the United States Air Force; after his military | ||
| service, he joined the United States Department of Homeland | ||
| Security; and | ||
| WHEREAS, During his 23 years of distinguished service with | ||
| the department, he worked as a customs officer, a canine | ||
| enforcement officer, and a special agent with Immigration and | ||
| Customs Enforcement; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Mr. Fritsch was an exemplary citizen who was | ||
| committed to ensuring the safety and security of the nation; he | ||
| was beloved by many, and he leaves behind memories that will long | ||
| be cherished by all who were privileged to share in his life; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th | ||
| Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved | ||
| family of Nathan Charles Fritsch; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas | ||
| Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in | ||
| memory of Nathan Fritsch. | ||
