SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 640
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Kevin Almeida Oh on the auspicious occasion of his
graduation from McNeil High School; and
WHEREAS, Kevin is a talented and hardworking student who is
respected and well-liked, and he strives for excellence in all
his endeavors; over the course of his high school career, he has
been involved in many extracurricular activities, including
junior varsity basketball, Key Club, and the praise team at his
church; and
WHEREAS, Having faced the challenges of a high school
education with success and distinction, Kevin now embarks on an
adventure into a world for which he is well prepared and one that
holds countless exciting opportunities for him; and
WHEREAS, A high achiever, Kevin establishes and pursues
his goals with perseverance, and his accomplishments in school
bear witness to his dedication and outstanding abilities; he and
his classmates will attend commencement exercises on May 25,
2019; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th
Legislature, hereby commend Kevin Almeida Oh on the occasion of
his graduation from McNeil High School and extend to him best
wishes for success in the years ahead; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
him as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
