| WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to | ||
| recognize Lieutenant Colonel David M. Kaczmarski, who is a | ||
| participant in the United States Army's Senior Service College | ||
| Fellows Program; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A component of the United States Army War College, | ||
| the Senior Service College Fellows Program consists of a year of | ||
| intensive academic study for selected officers that focuses on | ||
| the relationships between national security policy and its | ||
| implementation, technology and industry, and military policy and | ||
| process; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Only the top three percent of United States Army | ||
| officers rise to the level required for selection to the Army War | ||
| College; those chosen as fellows for this prestigious course of | ||
| study embody the qualities necessary for program managers and | ||
| general officers in the United States Army; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Colonel Kaczmarski is truly deserving of | ||
| recognition for his dedication to duty and his many | ||
| accomplishments; by being chosen for this important program, he | ||
| has demonstrated his readiness to further prepare himself for | ||
| senior military leadership positions around the world; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd | ||
| Legislature, hereby commend Lieutenant Colonel David M. | ||
| Kaczmarski on his participation in the United States Army's | ||
| Senior Service College Fellows Program and extend to him best | ||
| wishes for continued success in all his future endeavors; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. | ||
