SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 478
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Wynn Kwok, who is retiring from the Office of the
Comptroller of Public Accounts on April 30, 2015, after 25 years
of exceptional service; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kwok joined the comptroller's office in June
of 1990 as an auditor in the Los Angeles Audit Office; he brought
with him a wealth of experience, and he has contributed to the
success of the office by enthusiastically sharing his expertise
with colleagues; and
WHEREAS, Throughout his career, he has been noted for his
professionalism, his team spirit, and his commitment to excellence
when dealing with complex tasks and projects; and
WHEREAS, Talented and resourceful, Mr. Kwok has handled
his responsibilities with exceptional efficiency; he is admired
and respected by his colleagues, and his presence with the Office
of the Comptroller of Public Accounts will be greatly missed;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
Legislature, hereby commend Wynn Kwok on his outstanding career and
extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
