	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 477


	In Memory
	of
	Mary G. Trevino

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
	commemorates the life of Mary G. Trevino, who died February 13,
	2013, at the age of 102; and

	WHEREAS, Mary Trevino was an exemplary citizen who was
	widely admired for her achievements and her many contributions to
	her community; and

	WHEREAS, She was a longtime owner of El Mirador Restaurant,
	a popular dining establishment known for its excellent food and
	service; and

	WHEREAS, A woman of courage, strength, and compassion, she
	gave unselfishly to others, and her wisdom, warmth, and valued
	counsel will not be forgotten by those who knew her; she was
	preceded in death by her husband, Julian C. Trevino; and

	WHEREAS,



	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
	Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
	family of Mary G. Trevino; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
	her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
	Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
	memory of Mary Trevino.
