| WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
| milestones, and Elijah Douglas Frankum of West Columbia is | ||
| celebrating that joyful occasion as a member of the Southern | ||
| Brazoria County Homeschool Baccalaureate Committee Class of | ||
| 2025; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has demonstrated | ||
| exceptional diligence and determination in attaining the goals | ||
| he has set for himself, and he has fulfilled all the requirements | ||
| for a high school diploma; his academic achievements have made | ||
| him a source of much pride for his family and an asset to his | ||
| community; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Having mastered the challenges of a high school | ||
| curriculum, Mr. Frankum now embarks on an adventure for which he | ||
| is well prepared and that promises countless exciting | ||
| opportunities; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Elijah Douglas Frankum on | ||
| graduating as a member of the Southern Brazoria County HBC Class | ||
| of 2025 and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued | ||
| success; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Frankum as an expression of high regard from the | ||
| Texas Senate. | ||
