| WHEREAS, The 90th birthday of an esteemed Texan is truly | ||
| cause for celebration, and Matilda Branham of San Angelo is | ||
| observing this noteworthy milestone in her life on March 10, | ||
| 2011; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A resident of San Angelo for more than 75 years, | ||
| Tillie Branham is the proud matriarch of a family that includes | ||
| three children, four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren; | ||
| and | ||
| WHEREAS, Tillie Branham is an inspiration to all who are | ||
| privileged to know her, and it is indeed a pleasure to join with | ||
| her relatives and friends in recognizing her 90 years of life | ||
| well lived; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd | ||
| Legislature, hereby honor Matilda Branham on the occasion of her | ||
| 90th birthday and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued | ||
| happiness; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mrs. Branham as an expression of high regard from | ||
| the Texas Senate. | ||
