| WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to | ||
| recognize Dr. Robert H. Friedman for his dedication to his | ||
| practice in obstetrics and gynecology; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A graduate of The University of Texas Medical | ||
| Branch at Galveston, Dr. Friedman opened his office in 1972 at | ||
| Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital, and since that time, he | ||
| has delivered thousands of infants; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Devoted to his work and to his profession, Dr. | ||
| Friedman has a patient base that now includes three generations | ||
| of families, and many of his staff have been with him for over 15 | ||
| years; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Five years ago, Dr. Friedman added a wellness and | ||
| weight loss program to his practice, and he has now become a | ||
| leader in this field; he has moved his practice to Katy and is on | ||
| the staff at Christus Saint Catherine, Memorial Hermann, and | ||
| Methodist Hospital; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Dr. Friedman is an exemplary gentleman who is | ||
| devoted to his family and friends; he is a respected leader in his | ||
| community and is held in high regard by his colleagues in his | ||
| field of medicine; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd | ||
| Legislature, hereby commend Dr. Robert H. Friedman on his | ||
| successful career in obstetrics and gynecology and on his many | ||
| contributions to the citizens of Houston; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. | ||
