SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 267
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Dr. Robert H. Friedman for his dedication to his
  practice in obstetrics and gynecology; and
         WHEREAS, A graduate of The University of Texas Medical
  Branch at Galveston, Dr. Friedman opened his office in 1972 at
  Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital, and since that time, he
  has delivered thousands of infants; and
         WHEREAS, Devoted to his work and to his profession, Dr.
  Friedman has a patient base that now includes three generations
  of families, and many of his staff have been with him for over 15
  years; and
         WHEREAS, Five years ago, Dr. Friedman added a wellness and
  weight loss program to his practice, and he has now become a
  leader in this field; he has moved his practice to Katy and is on
  the staff at Christus Saint Catherine, Memorial Hermann, and
  Methodist Hospital; and
         WHEREAS, Dr. Friedman is an exemplary gentleman who is
  devoted to his family and friends; he is a respected leader in his
  community and is held in high regard by his colleagues in his
  field of medicine; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
  Legislature, hereby commend Dr. Robert H. Friedman on his
  successful career in obstetrics and gynecology and on his many
  contributions to the citizens of Houston; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
