| WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to | ||
| offer congratulations to Tom and Ginny Holloway on the birth of | ||
| their beautiful son, Graham Charles Holloway II; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Graham was born on March 23, 2021; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured | ||
| events in the life of a couple, and Graham's safe arrival has | ||
| fulfilled his parents' dearest wish; Tom and Ginny are filled | ||
| with joy over the birth of this eagerly awaited infant, and | ||
| friends and relatives of the family received the exciting news | ||
| with expressions of love and shared delight; and | ||
| WHEREAS, It is truly fitting that the Texas Senate welcome | ||
| this new little Texan into the illustrious ranks of the citizenry | ||
| of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th | ||
| Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Tom and Ginny | ||
| Holloway and warm greetings to Graham Charles Holloway II with | ||
| best wishes for much future happiness; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| the Holloway family as an expression of esteem from the Texas | ||
| Senate. | ||
