| WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
| milestones, and Benjamin Joel Ruley, a homeschool student in Bay | ||
| City, is celebrating this joyful occasion on May 18, 2019; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Earning a high school diploma requires hard work | ||
| and dedication, and Mr. Ruley may reflect with pride on the | ||
| perseverance and individual initiative he has demonstrated in | ||
| pursuit of his goals; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this | ||
| outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family | ||
| and friends in recognizing him as he embarks on a future bright | ||
| with promise; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Benjamin Joel Ruley on the | ||
| occasion of his high school graduation and extend to him sincere | ||
| best wishes for continued success; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be | ||
