| WHEREAS, February 21, 2021, will be a day long remembered | ||
| and cherished by Rachel and Will Racz, for on that day their | ||
| daughter Davy Ruthless Racz was born; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This beautiful baby girl was born in San Diego, | ||
| California, and she has fulfilled her parents' dearest wish; | ||
| Rachel and Will are joyful over her safe arrival; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great happiness to | ||
| Davy's family; she is an immense source of pride for her many | ||
| loved ones, and she has been heartily welcomed into the Racz | ||
| household; and | ||
| WHEREAS, It is indeed fitting that the Texas Senate welcome | ||
| this precious newborn into the world; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Rachel and Will Racz on the | ||
| birth of their daughter and extend best wishes for the brightest | ||
| of futures to Davy Ruthless Racz; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| the Racz family as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. | ||
